Being in contact with his designers, customers, and staff daily to ensure his business is operating at the highest standard. He works directly with suppliers to make sure each location and showroom has the most up to date styles and designs in the area. If he does not have something a client is looking for, he will find it! He is a professional designer on top of being the owner, and can work directly with decorators to achieve the exact look desired.
